Diálogos de Cocina (Kitchen Dialogues) is a biennial international conference which fosters the cross-disciplinary sharing of knowledge and expertise. Back in 2007, when it was held for the first time, this kind of communication was extremely rare in the food world.
Prestigious experts from all over the world regularly attend the event, drawn by the relaxed, easy-going atmosphere that encourages reflection and creative synergies.
Coinciding with the first Diálogos de Cocina conference, Euro-Toques launched the first issue of Papeles de Cocina, a publication which captures the spirit of the event by featuringarticles on the chosen theme of the conference and interviews with personalities from the food world and other disciplines who offer very different perspectives.
Euro-Toques,the international chefs’ association with over 3,500 members from 18 countries, has been involved in the event since 2007. The Basque Culinary Center also joined the project in 2010.
