Mugaritz will give again the chance to ten lucky people to meet, a day before the opening, the new culinary proposal for the 2016 season through 'You open the doors of Mugaritz'.

Five lucky winners and their companions will enjoy the Mugaritz experience that Andoni Luis Aduriz and his team have prepared for this season 2016. They will also be the very first to taste it, on April 12th, a day before Mugaritz reopens officially its doors.

To take part in the contest is necessary to register in 'You open the doors of Mugaritz', through the Mugaritz website (www.mugaritz.com), from 10 am on April 1st until 12 pm on 6^th of April. After the draw, on April 7th Mugaritz will personally contact the five lucky winners. The invitation includes the full tasting of the Mugaritz experience for the winners and companions. The travel and accommodations expenses are excluded.

In previous editions 'You open the doors of Mugaritz' received requests from all over the world, from Reunion to Australia, through Oman, South Africa, Easter Island, Mexico or Canada.

Mugaritz devotes four months to work on the creation and implementation of the new culinary proposal that changes every year. During this period, Mugaritz becomes an innovation space where they develop and create new ideas; concepts, textures, dishes and presentations that will be visible in the season 2016. The result is new stories became into dishes that look forward to build an experience through emotions and senses.

Mugaritz's activity is not limited only to the kitchen. For its innovative and creative spirit, Mugaritz collaborates with companies and institutions that have nothing to do with the field of gastronomy.
