Andoni Luis Aduriz switches for a few days the kitchens of Mugaritz for Harvard's classes

The lectures will be held the 12th and 13th of October
Andoni Luis Aduriz, together with Ramon Perisé, from Mugaritz, will lecture on Harvard this 12th of October. The first of the lectures titled “Science and Emotions: Delicious or Disgusting?” is part of Harvard’s Science and Cooking 2015 Lecture Series and will be open to the general public. The second, on the 13th, is directed to the students of the university. Through these talks Andoni and Ramon will discover the phenomenons of taste and personal preferences.
