Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do it up to 3 days in advance the booked date by sending an email to and calling us + 34 943 522 455 or + 34 943 518 343. In case the reservation is cancelled 1 or 2 day before the booked date, a fee of 130€ per person will be charged to the card. In case the reservation is cancelled on the booked date, or if there is a no-, a fee of 200€ per person will be charged to the card.

During creativity period, from January 14th to April 10th, Mugaritz is close to the public.
Reservations by phone from 10.00 h to 18.00 h. , Monday to Friday. 

Opening hours: from 12.30 to 18.00 and from 20.00 to 1.30.

Kitchen opening hours: from 12.30 to 13.00h and from 20.00 to 20h 30

Closed weekly on: Sunday evenings, on Mondays all day, and midday on Tuesdays closed.

We have a separate area where you can enjoy an aperitif and a coffee.
There is an aromatic herb garden containing more than a hundred varieties.
We carry an extensive wine list with wines from all the spanish Designations of Origin and from the most important Designations of Origin worldwide.
We are located at a rural area 20 minutes from San Sebastian and from the airport.
Dining room capacity: 50 diners a la carte and 170 diners with set menu.
