MUGAL INNOVA is recorded in the Trade Register of Guizpuzcoa, Volume 1798, Folio 72, Section 1^a, Sheet SS-11394.
The access and use of this website implies full acceptance of these terms, without prejudice to any particular terms that may apply to specific services offered on the website.

Intellectual and industrial property
All the elements that form part of the website, including the source code, design, browsing structure, and the various elements contained therein, are the intellectual property of MUGALA INNOVA, either because it owns the exclusive rights to exploit them in any form (especially in accordance with copying, distribution, public dissemination and transformation rights), or because it is in possession of the necessary licences for their publication.

These general terms are governed by Spanish law.
MUGALA INNOVA and the user renounce all other jurisdictions to which they may have recourse and agree to submit to the courts of Donostia – San Sebastián (Spain) for any controversy arising from the access or use of this website.

Electronic Commerce: Terms and delivery deadlines
Deliverydeadline:
National deliveries 24/48 hours.
International deliveries: estimated delivery 10 days, depending on country of destination.
Postage and package according to current fees, determined in accordance with weight and destination.

BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to confirm your booking we require a payment of 115 €. This amount will be subtracted from the final bill. If you are not able to attend, you can modify the reservation or transfer it to another person. The deposit is non refundable, except duly accredited cases of force majeure.

 In case of no- on the day of your booking, the deposit will not be refunded and the booking cannot be rescheduled or transferred to a third party.

Data Protection:

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform the user that the personal data which has been given to us, and of which is responsible MUGALA INNOVA will be used to provide information of products and services to the user by the company responsible of the data treatment as well as by the companies which are part of the same business group, until the user could ask for the cancellation. The user can exercise the rights included in the regulation, of access, correction, cancellation, opposition, limitation of treatment or data portability, by sending an email to: responsablelopd@mugaritz.com

The main aim of the www.mugaritz.com and www.mugaritzak.com  website is to inform about the services and products offered by MUGALA INNOVA.

MUGALA INNOVA assumes the legal obligations as regards personal data protection contained in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

MUGALA INNOVA is willing to provide the user with appropriate information to decide expressly, freely and voluntarily whether s/he wants to provide the information in the required form.  For these purposes, the user is informed that the responsible for the data is MUGALA INNOVA.domiciled at Paseo de Francia, 2 – 1^o C, Donostia-San Sebastián (mail: responsablelopd@mugaritz.com.) and the companies integrated in its business group.

MUGALA INNOVA. hereby informs that it is responsible for data treatment, notwithstanding the fact that it may hire a third party to handle said file, to which expressly consent. 

Only the employees who need to access the ’ data in the course of their duties have access to this information.  Any employee who violates our data protection and/or security policies will incur disciplinary action, which may involve dismissal and civil and/or criminal proceedings.
