Over the last years, we have been immersed with AZTI-Tecnalia in the creation, gestation and definition of an innovative, practical, comfortable and useful range of products. Our spirit of translating the most advanced techniques used in the kitchen to a more general or daily field has resulted in a new line of food available to everyone.
The concept, based on pressurization and expansion technologies, has been very demanding and has required a profound development and adaptation of the selected elaboration formulas.

The first products are available on the market, under the brand New Food Spray, of which are participants AZTI-Tecnalia, Ibersnacks and Mugaritz. The work team is still working on formulas and proposals which may be being incorporated into this new range of products, so as to diversify its supply and enable its international expansion.

In Madrid Fusión 2013, AZTI-Tecnalia and Mugaritz presented a join lecture about how colaborating, investigating and with technologic effort a new idea will become in a pioneering company.
