Andoni Luis Aduriz presents the fifth edition of Diálogos de Cocina

Andoni Luis Aduriz has presented today, beside Juan Mari Arzak, José Mari Aizega and Iñaki Martínez de Albéniz, the 5th edition of Diálogos de Cocina, that will take place in the Basque Culinary Center the 9th and 10th of March.
Under the title “Vanguardia, anticipando el futuro” (“Vanguards, foreseeing the future”) this edition will tackle the concept from different perspectives as art, design, technology and communication. To do so speakers such as Vicente Todolí, Mikel Iturriaga (El Comidista), Genís Roca, Charles Spence (professor at the University of Oxford) or Macarena Rey (producer of Master Chef) among many others will meet at the event.
The talks will be connected and interactive and will focus on four main questions to discuss: what is vanguard; how to design the culinary experience of the future; which technologies can, in a future, break the limits of what we know as gastronomy; and how can the cuisine be socialized, and make its achievements public.
Diálogos de Cocina is a project that arose in 2007 promoted by Andoni Luis Aduriz in order to create a biennial International congress which aims to build new bridges of multidisciplinary knowledge.
