Using science to study the power of the mind
14/06/2009
We first came in contact with the world of neuroscience in 2009 when we attended “Brain in Motion”, an international gathering of neuroscientists where several chefs had been invited to speak about creativity, food and emotions
We were particularly impressed by the lecture given by neurologist Antonio Damasio and the experiments of researcher Luis Castellanos. In fact, the first thing we did when we got home was to head straight for the library in search of answers to the questions we had after listening to them.
Our work with neuroscientists is ongoing. Currently, we are involved in several projects including The Meal Experience and Brainy Tongue, and we also collaborate with research centers.
