Andoni Luis Aduriz has been honored with the award La Caldereta de Don Calixto to the National Master. This award is given by the newspaper El Comercio and since 2000 renowned chefs as Joan Roca, Sergi Arola, Manolo de la Osa, Hilario Arbelaitz have been awarded. The awards ceremony which has been celebrated this Monday the 20th of July is one of the most importants within the field of Astuarian gastronomy.
