Andoni Luis Aduriz presents No sé y otras certezas (Planeta Gastro), a new publication that gathers and expands his perspective on food as a cultural, social, and human phenomenon.
The book is built around a series of reflections that move across themes such as identity, habits, memory, and tradition, moving away from fixed positions to inhabit a more open territory where doubt becomes a driving force for thought. Through short texts, Aduriz proposes an approach to food that goes beyond the gastronomic, understood as a language that defines us and connects us to the world.
These pages bring together ten years of writing and more than half a century of experiences and reflections, offering a perspective that dismantles paradigms and opens up new ways of thinking about food. Because eating is not merely nourishment: it is a cultural, ethical, and political act that reveals how we relate to life itself.
The table ceases to be a place of consumption and becomes a space for encounter and creation—a territory where questions are explored more than answers, where rigid certainty gives way to the fertile ambiguity of doubt. A work that invites us to walk a tightrope without fear of falling, open to the unexpected, the improbable, and the fascinating.
