In OFF-ROAD, La Fura dels Baus distills the ideas behind Mugaritz

The documentary OFF-ROAD will be released on the “Culinary Zinema” section of the 63rd edition of the San Sebastian Festival the next 19th of September, a philosophical and ethological documentary about Mugaritz that gathers the thoughts of the team about the positive and negative sides of walking off the road.
 
In OFF-ROAD, La Fura dels Baus distills the ideas behind the work, the meaning of excellence, what is suffered and enjoyed; to sum up, how Mugaritz is created and destroyed constantly, a place where the culinary goal has been surpassed by the creative process and its possible variations.
