Our own French sweet...
In 2012, we reinterpreted the classic sweet French macaron using pig’s blood and seasonal fillings, ranging from foie gras to sheep’s cheese. The same year, La Fura dels Baus based the short film Macaron de caza on the concept.
Featuring the idiosyncratic style ofLa Fura dels Baus, it tells the story of the iconic Mugaritz dish.
