Taba, el juego en la mesa
IV centuries ago, Yi Sam Pyeong discovered the caolin deposits which gave origin to the first porcelain craft workshops in the Japanese town of Arita. This porcelain received its greatest recognition in Europe from its introduction in Germany through the Dutch West India Company as well as by one of its main supporters, Augustus II. By the end ofthe Chinese civil warin the XVII century, this country’s porcelain disappeared, leaving no trace of existence of the precious Japanese porcelain in Europe.
350 years later, Mugaritz develops a culinary performance, within the experience held at the restaurant, where the game is the main act of one of its creations and the taba represents its material shape.
Do not play with/without food.
