Andoni Luis Aduriz together with some of the people conforming the Mugaritz team will take part on the 13th edition of the Alimentarte Food Festival, that will take place from the 15th to the 23rd of August in Bogotá (Colombia). 

This year, Spain is the guest country. The chef will open the International Forum Of Gastronomy on the 19th with a talk about “Spain as a reference of development and economical and social model of gastronomy as a touristic product". 

Mugaritz will participate also by preparing a dinner on the 21st of August in Harry Sasson, an initiative within the Diners Club Restaurant Tour. 

The festival which is organized by Fundación Corazón Verde supports the families of the policemen who are victims of the armed conflict of Colombia
