The domestication of the plants by means of agriculture has destroyed, in part, this close relationship between men and nature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In Mugaritz, with the scientific and aesthetic help of biochemist\u00a0<strong>Unai Ugalde<\/strong>, literally leaked by writers\u00a0<strong>Hasier Etxeberria<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Miguel S\u00e1nchez-Ostiz<\/strong>\u00a0and advised by botanists of the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aranzadi-zientziak.org\/\"><strong>Aranzadi Society of Sciences<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong>I\u00f1aki Aizpuru<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Paco Gar\u00edn<\/strong>, we have recovered a selection of 50 wild plants, and we offer an original cookbook, which modestly aims to begin a new dialogue with chlorophyll.
