In 2004, Mugaritz and Santos Bregaña embarked for the first time on the exhilarating process of creating and producing a dinner service, where the dishes where the food is served fit into the base plates, forming a single concept.

Baptized O! Luna (Oh! Moon), the dishes in the collection were an attempt to trap time, to suggest but not substantiate. They showcased a navel-shaped footprint in the snow, the trace of an eclipse, a lunar navel.
