The language of plants
08/01/2013
We spend hours with leaves, herbs and grasses. We listen to what they say, try to understand them when they’re not happy and discover what makes them grow.
What we don’t know, we find out, either in the library or by talking to experts. Understanding the rhythm of the garden and the language of plants takes time and dedication.
Since 2013 we’ve been working with Kutxa Ekogunea to help others in this same process, teaching people about wild plants and how they behave in the garden and in the kitchen.
We love talking about the surprising things we discover about edible plants that have always grown in our own backyard and about plants native to other parts of the world.
