Eating for cancer prevention

Mugaritz shares their nutritional and food processing expertise for cancer prevention.

On a Saturday in November 2016, experts in medicine and gastronomy spent a few hours with the public in San Sebastian, sharing tips on healthy cooking and preventive nutrition, and introducing them to flavoursome steamed dishes featuring herbs, wild flowers and plants.

Doctor Fernando Fombellida, co-author with Andoni Luis Aduriz of ‘Cocinar para vivir’ explained the medicine, while Leire Etxaide, head of the vegetable garden at Mugaritz, and R+D head Ramón Perisé offered a cooking demonstration.
