Andoni Luis Aduriz receives the National Hostelería de España Award for Best Chef-Entrepreneur of the Year

The Spanish Hotel and Catering Industry celebrated the 15th edition of the National Hotel and Catering Awards with a general recognition of the efforts made in recent months by restaurants, hoteliers, customers and associations to promote a sector that has been strongly affected by the health crisis, but which looks to the future with optimism.
Andoni Luis Aduriz was one of the award winners in this edition for promoting innovation in cuisine with projects such as Mugaritz. Other award winners included Daviz Muñoz, Grupo La Ancha, Grupo Salamanca, Els Magazinos and Repsol.
The award ceremony was held on 17 November at the CaixaForum in Madrid with the desire to serve, according to the association, as a meeting place and turning point to begin to build the road to the recovery of the hotel and catering industry.
