Taking inspiration from a sculpture by Constatin Brancusi, Santos Bregaña designed the head that was created for the launch of the bookClorofilia, which took place at the Ritz Hotel in Barcelona in 2004 during the Stravaganza Mediterranea.

Fifty heads were made, and they were used that night to serve Mugaritz's "vegetable dish". It was the first and last time the heads were used: afterwards each guest took the head home as a gift.
