    We offer two tasting menus which are subject to change, as we use seasonal produce that varies daily depending upon market availability.

    Groups of six or more guests:
    In order to be able to provide you with the best of our services, it is necessary to arrange the menu in advance.

    Groups of more than ten guests:
    Our tables seat a maximum of ten guests, so we will accommodate you on two adjoining tables.

    Mugaritz is a smoke-free.

    In accordance with the provisions set out in the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, we inform you that the personal data you have provided us with is contained in a file named “CLIENTS”, which ANDAMABI S.L is responsible for. The purpose of this file is to manage clients who have a contractual relationship to provide goods and services and carry out communication and marketing activities. This information may be passed on to other firms working with the company. This file has been notified to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and the necessary security measures are in place to ensure complete data security.

    We remind you that you may access the data provided, as well as requesting, should it be necessary, rectification, opposition or cancellation thereof, as per the terms established in the aforementioned Law, by means of a written communication, addressed to the Chief Security Officer at ANDAMABI S.L. and indicating the name of the file via e-mail: responsablelopd@mugaritz.com.
