After four months working on its new menu Mugaritz reopens its doors on the 15th of April. However, one day before 10 people who have taken part in  “You open the doors of Mugaritz” will have the opportunity to be the first ones tasting the new menu and living the Mugaritz Experience.

The creative process resulted this year in a collection of 60 eloquent dishes that look for building an experience through the emotions and senses. Everything accompanied by a careful staging that will be visible during this 2015 season.
