Tomorrow at 19:30  Andoni Luis Aduriz together with Jesús Bañales will launch the ninth edition of the ‘Ethics, humanism and science dialogues’ in the Kursaal. This cicle aims to provide a space for reflection on our evolving and complex society and the questions which arise along the way. The current edition will begin with a talk by Andoni Luis Aduriz,  'From error to success, the path to excellence'.

In this talk Andoni will reveal some of the keys to overcome the aparently impossible, ‘a recipe’ as he says ‘plagued by errors, efforts and sacrifices suitable for all tastes’, which are some of the basis of his latest documentary, ‘OFF-ROAD’. He will use images and the testimony of the protagonists to show the engines that move Mugaritz, the ideas behind the work, the way trouble is overcome, what is suffered and enjoyed, what excellence means to them; to sum up, how Mugaritz is created and destroyed constantly. As Andoni says, “Mugaritz is a place where the culinary goal has been surpassed by the creative process and its possible variations”.
