Andoni Luis Aduriz explains at the master class its cookery’s principles and develops a tasting menu focusing not only in the technical aspects but also, and especially, in the explanation of his philosophy as a cook, the previous intentios and the reflections they work and share in Mugaritz when creating new dishes, the atention and deep research on the product and all the details that help to mantain a personal signature recognised in the whole World.
