Andoni Luis Aduriz gives a Master class to the students of the Basque Culinary Center

Andoni Aduriz, consultant member of the BCC’s board of trustees, gives a class to the students of the Master in Cooking Technique and Product.
The master class was about “How it is built a menu in Mugaritz ” explaining its cookery’s principles and developing a tasting menu. Through a route of some of his new gastronomic proposal’s dishes, Aduriz transfers his knowledge to the students in a class that lasts 4 hours.
