Andoni Luis Aduriz colaborates in a benefic dinner organised by UNICEF and Hotel Arts of Barcelona, that celebrates its twentieth anniversary. The dinner, whose objective is to raise money and to support UNICEF's labour, reunites 20  Michelin star chefs.  

 

"Estrellas Solidarias" reunites more than 52 Michelin stars from all over Spain. Together with the host Paco Pérez, today chefs as Albert Adrià, Joan Roca or Dani Garcia, among many others, will  meet. The chefs will cook live a signature tapa of their cookery, the one chosen by Andoni Aduriz has been Cultural textures, several layers of dressed Kokotxas.
