Andoni Luis Aduriz collaborates with ASTEAMUR at the Second Solidarity Day of Haute Cuisine.

Andoni and his team traveled to Murcia to be part of the Second Day of Haute Cuisine GastroTEA, it is organized by ASTEAMUR with the collaboration of AMURECO, Gourmet Club of the Murcia Region, with the aim of raising funds for therapeutic interventions for the children.

During these days he is going to visit the headquarters of ASTEAMUR in Murcia and Cartagena, just to know the role played by the Association for People with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Several events are planned for these days. Starting with GastroTEA, some gastronomic presentations at the Victor Villegas Auditorium of Murcia about the creative processes of the dishes at Mugaritz. Later, there will be a cooking workshop with ASTEAMUR´s  children at the CCT (Center for Tourism Qualification). Accompanied by the therapists of the Association, eleven children are going to receive a cooking class by Andoni and Pedro Francisco Pedreño, Head Chef of CAYAM Caritas. Children will cook a vegetable carpaccio with their dressing, and also a pizza that tasted by their selfs.

At the end, there will be a gala dinner at the restaurant La Casa de la Luz (Zarandona). The dinner menu, consists of the following courses: edible stones, macaron hunting, vegetable carpaccio, curd royal bird, snow cod with mascarpone and broccoli, beef breast with herbs and tubers and, for dessert, baked apple with sands of sugared seeds.
