Andoni Luis Aduriz chosen the best cook of the Atlantic Europe 2014

Andoni Luis Aduriz receives the award “Sabores del Arco Atlántico” in Gijón. The award recognises the best cooks of the countries and regions that form this geographical and cultural unit. According to the organisers of the contest, Aduriz is considered “one of the most creative and sensitive cooks, with a large trajectory behind him in which the research, the respect for the product and his knowledge of the technique have been his key”. Andoni, together with the rest of chosen chefs, will receive the award on the 28th and 29th july in the Mayor Square of Gijon , where to celebrate it the cooks will do a show cooking in live.
