Andoni Luis Aduriz and other 19 chefs united to save the ocean and feed the World

The chefs support the Oceana’s international campaign: “Save the Oceans: Feed the World”.
Andoni Luis Aduriz together with other 19 chefs of some of the best restaurants in the world will support Oceana’s international campaign: “Save the Oceans: Feed the World”. The official presentation will take place on the 17th of March in San Sebastian, in an exclusive event at the Basque Culinary Center.
Aduriz and Joan Roca, from El Celler de Can Roca, will be hosting the event that will gather the following chefs: Ferran Adrià (Fundación elBulli, Spain), Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana, Italy), Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park, USA), Ashley Palmer-Watts (Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, UK), Alex Atala (D.O.M., Brazil), Juan Mari and Elena Arzak (Arzak,Spain), Pedro Subijana (AkelaĆe, Spain), Grant Achatz (Alinea, U.S.A), Brett Graham (The Ledbury, U.K), Joachim Wissler (Vendôme, Germany), Heinz Reitbauer (Steirereck, Austria), Gastón Acurio (Astrid y Gastón, Peru), Enrique Olvera (Pujol, Mexico), Rodolfo Guzmán (Boragó, Chile), Normand Laprise (Toqué, Canada) and José Luis González (Gallery Vask, Philippines).
At the meeting of the 17th the digital version of the book of Sharpless, “The perfect protein” will be presented. The book includes sustainable seafood recipes from the participating chefs. There will be, as well, a premiere screening of the short film “The Perfect Protein” by Jorge Martínez (director of the campaign), where the chefs discuss their support of ocean conservation and passion for the sea and its seafood.
