'Bicho, eres un bicho' is an artistic-gastronomic collaboration in which the choreographers Filipa Francisco and Idoia Zabaleta look into a way of how to offer their bodies to the public. The piece is a reflection that came in to being in 2008, based on Peggy Phelan's assertion about the ephemeral nature of every performance. What does the artist offer to the public? What is left in the artist's body after the choreography?

Chefs Andoni Luis Aduriz Opens in new window and Javier Vergara Opens in new window, from Mugaritz, and the writer Ixiar Rozas Opens in new window have worked in collaboration to prepare the banquet. To do this, they have distilled the bodies of the choreographers who will be served to the public during the performance. Let us celebrate the disappearance of Filipa and Idoia!
