Mugaritz offers it's visitors two different dining experiences that respond to the call to bring those experiences together with the best selection of seasonal products. The dishes come and go on the menus in accordance with the natural seasonal cycles of the products; raw materials passed on from the first-rate producers who have a close working relationship with the restaurant. These are two tasting menus that represent the essence of the cuisine and philosophy of Mugaritz, an effort that is hand in hand with our constant search for perfection in each and every one of our dishes. Our culinary proposals, Ertzak and Mugak, are indicative and they can change every day depending on market offer.
Due to the time required to properly enjoy the dishes, our tasting menus will be served until 14.30 and 22.00 h, at lunch and dinner respectively. Apart from these two menus, we draw up customized menus containing a minimum of six dishes, for those guests who wish to leave their Mugaritz experience in our hands.
